We hope that you won’t need to return an item, however, if you do it is our aim to make the process as simple as possible. By following the guidance below you can help us to help you when a product is not what you expected, or is faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance.

ArmouredCable.net allows for a 7 day period from the day the items are despatched for you to return unwanted goods for. Items should be unused, in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received. You should include your invoice and a completed returns form. Anything over the 7 day period which is returned will be issued with a 30% re-stocking fee.
Certain items are excluded from the returns policy. These include goods that are made to measure, cut or mixed to your requirements.
Please note that our returns policy may not apply if your order has been sent direct from one of our suppliers as we won’t be accepting the return. Restocking fees may be added if this is the case. If you’re unsure as to whether this applies to you, please call us on 01244 288138, where we can provide you with further information.
Some product images are for illustration purposes only, therefore please check with us if you need to match with previously purchased products. In this case, we’re NOT liable to cover return postage.

with your order number and details of the items you will return.
Delivery charges will not be refunded.
If you purchased the item more than 7 days ago and it has proven to be faulty or if the item has already been installed, email us at [email protected] for further advice.
Damaged in transit
Goods received in a damaged or un-satisfactory condition must be signed for as such by the customer.
